Call Center Agent (Female) – Medical Centers

We are looking for professional and motivated *female Call Center Agents* to join our medical centers team.

The ideal candidate should have previous experience working in "medical centers or clinics", with strong communication skills and the ability to handle patient inquiries and appointments efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

* Answer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries

* Schedule and confirm appointments

* Follow up with patients and manage reminders

* Handle complaints professionally and escalate when needed

* Coordinate with reception and medical staff

* Maintain accurate patient records in the system

Requirements:

* Female candidates only

* Previous experience in "medical centers, clinics, or hospitals" is required

* Excellent communication skills (Arabic required, English is a plus)

* Ability to work under pressure

* Professional attitude and customer service skills

* Basic computer skills

Preferred:

* Experience in call center or customer service

* Knowledge of medical appointment systems

* Immediate availability
