Administrative Assistant/Receptionist (UAE NATIONAL)

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and organized Emirati Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and provide administrative assistance across various departments. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the management team.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Maintain and update company records and filing systems.
  • Prepare reports, letters, and other business documents.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules.
  • Assist with HR and employee documentation when required.
  • Liaise with government authorities and external stakeholders when necessary.
  • Ensure office supplies and administrative requirements are maintained.
  • Perform other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

  • UAE National (Emirati) with Family Book.
  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Good communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
