Administrative Assistant/Secretary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars
  • Prepare, organize, and file documents and records
  • Draft letters, reports, and other office documents
  • Maintain office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Greet visitors and provide basic assistance
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and meeting logistics
  • Support management and staff with administrative tasks
  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
