We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and warm-hearted Administrative Assistant and Social Media Manager to join our growing alterations studio specializing in bridal and formalwear. The right candidate will manage daily operations, create social media content/post daily and ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for every client who walks through our door.

Responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing daily shop operations and workflow
  • Coordinating client fittings and appointments
  • Supporting seamstresses with scheduling and organization
  • Managing client communication (calls, texts, follow-ups)
  • Tracking production timelines and garment pickup schedules
  • Maintaining a tidy and inviting workspace
  • Providing excellent customer service with grace and professionalism
  • Creating social media content for all platforms used.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in bridal or alterations industry is a strong plus
  • Previous management or supervisory experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Warm, calm, and customer-focused attitude
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
  • Passion for fashion, fit, and making people feel beautiful
  • Experience in social media posting personal or professional.

Schedule:

  • Monday-Friday 8-4 or 8:30-4:30.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
