Administrative Asst.

Overview

**In Office Position. Not Remote.**

Reports to Branch General Manager

The Administrative Assistant provides administrative and secretarial support to the branch.

This individual will work to provide the highest level of quality service to our customers, clients, and visitors to insure complete satisfaction by meeting or exceeding their expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Managing correspondence into and out of Operations.
  • Maintaining appointment schedules and provide general administrative support to the branch.
  • Participate in special projects as required.
  • Must be able to provide secretarial support on weekends with advance notice (not sure if you want to keep this in).
  • Effectively perform other clerical duties as required.
  • Maintain an organized work environment.
  • Complete assigned tasks by a given deadline.
  • Handle multiple tasks and prioritize them.
  • Assist other team members as needed.

Education

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience

  • A minimum 2 years’ secretarial or administrative assistant experience
  • Experience completing tasks on deadlines
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and Google G Suite
  • Candidate must be able to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Must be organized
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Proven track record of working in a team environment and autonomously
