Administrative & Bookkeeping Assistant

Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative & Bookkeeping Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will support daily administrative operations while managing comprehensive bookkeeping tasks to ensure accurate financial record-keeping. Your expertise will help streamline processes, maintain compliance with accounting standards, and contribute to the overall efficiency of our organization. Key Responsibilities

Administrative Duties

  • Answer emails and assist with basic office communication
  • Organize digital and physical files
  • Assist with general office tasks and coordination
  • Support management with ad-hoc administrative requests

Bookkeeping & Accounting Support

  • Enter invoices, bills, and expenses into accounting software
  • Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable tracking
  • Organize receipts and financial documents
  • Help prepare monthly expense reports
  • Assist with inventory lists and basic record keeping

Qualifications

  • Entry-level candidates welcome
  • Bilingual in English and Korean.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework in accounting or business a plus)
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Teams
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills
  • Willingness to learn bookkeeping and accounting processes
  • Good communication skills and a positive attitude

Preferred (Not Required)

  • Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
  • Prior admin, office, or bookkeeping experience (internships count)
  • Basic understanding of invoices and expense tracking
