Administrative Business Partner III, Cloud AI

Minimum qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience with administration in a high-tech or international environment with working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc).
  • Experience with leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to automate tasks and administrative workflows and optimize project management.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with leading and managing operational programs (e.g., annual planning cycles or events).
  • Experience with commercial and technical aspects of Cloud Computing and Enterprise Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions.
  • Experience with leveraging advanced AI tools (e.g., Gemini) for executive support and automated workflow design.
  • Ability to support executive in a global, technical, or AI-focused organization.
  • Ability to provide counsel, manage ambiguity, and maintain composure under engaging priorities.
  • Excellent financial acumen related to purchase orders, vendor agreements, and quarterly budgeting.

In this role, you will serve as the essential organizational partner to the executive leaders in a growth environment. You will be responsible for anticipating their needs, optimizing their time management, and managing team-wide operational excellence. You will serve as the trusted central liaison for internal and external stakeholders. You will be leveraging new productivity tools and processes to resolve administrative and operational issues before they arise, enabling the Cloud AI team to stay focused on delivering the mission.


The US base salary range for this full-time position is $96,000-$138,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Manage a global executive calendar and travel to optimize the executive's time and ensure alignment with business priorities, including preparing briefing materials.
  • Manage expense management, purchasing, and budget tracking with discretion and accuracy.
  • Advocate and implement productivity tools, including generative AI, to proactively administrative workflows and drive operational excellence across the organization.
  • Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of executive-sponsored programs and team events, managing logistics, vendors, and cross-functional partners.
  • Act as a confidential and professional liaison between the executive, their direct reports, and key internal/external partners, providing administrative and organizational support.
