Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative & Clerical Assistant to support our daily office operations. The ideal candidate must have completed a course in Engineering or Accounting, with strong analytical skills and the ability to handle documentation, reports, coordination, and basic technical or financial tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general clerical duties such as filing, data encoding, document management, scanning, and correspondence.
  • Assist in preparing technical or financial reports, depending on background.
  • Coordinate with internal departments regarding project documents, permits, billing, or procurement.
  • Maintain accurate records, logs, and databases.
  • Support engineers or accountants with administrative tasks.
  • Handle phone calls, scheduling, and email communication.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and document control procedures.

Qualifications

  • Must be a graduate of Engineering (any field) or Accounting.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good communication and time-management skills.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; experience in admin work is an advantage.
