Location: Bahria Civic Centre, Phase 4

Job Type: Full-Time, Onsite

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and efficient onsite Virtual Assistant to support our team and clients in managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and assisting with various projects. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities while maintaining a high level of professionalism and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls, emails, and messages

Manage and update client databases, CRM systems, and spreadsheets

Provide customer service and support to clients

Assist with social media management and content creation

Prepare and send marketing materials, such as email campaigns and newsletters

Conduct research and data entry tasks as needed

Assist with transaction coordination and communication with clients, agents, and other stakeholders

Manage and schedule appointments, meetings, and events

Perform other administrative tasks as needed

Assist with lead generation and follow-up

Help manage and respond to online reviews

Assist with creating and editing real estate marketing materials

Help with data entry and management of real estate listings

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in an administrative support role.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

High proficiency in office software tools (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, etc.) and project management tools (Asana, Trello, Monday.com).

Familiarity with virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet) and communication tools (Slack, Email).

Tech-savvy with the ability to troubleshoot basic issues related to online tools.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Ability to adapt to changing tasks and handle urgent requests efficiently.

Preferred Tools & Platforms:

Project Management: Asana, Trello, Monday.com

Office Suite: Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite

Communication Tools: Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Slack

Content Management: Google Docs, Microsoft Word

Time Management Tools: Toggl, Clockify

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
