This role is designed for candidates who have hands-on exposure to U.S. insurance servicing workflows and are comfortable working independently during U.S. business hours.This position is not suitable for candidates without U.S. insurance experience.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Handle backend insurance servicing tasks for a U.S.-based agency</li><li>Manage client and policy-related email communication</li><li>Support policy servicing, endorsements, renewals, and documentation handling</li><li>Update and maintain client records within CRM and internal systems</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely processing of insurance requests</li><li>Follow established SOPs and maintain high accuracy in all tasks</li><li>Maintain confidentiality and comply with data protection standards</li></ul>Mandatory Experience &amp; Skills<ul><li>Applications will only be considered if the candidate meets the following criteria:</li><li>Minimum 3&ndash;5 years of experience working with U.S.-based insurance agencies</li><li>Prior experience in insurance servicing, insurance operations, or back-office insurance roles</li><li>Strong understanding of U.S. insurance workflows and terminology</li><li>Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal)</li><li>Experience working in EST-aligned shifts</li><li>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision</li></ul>Tools &amp; Systems<ul><li>CRM systems used by insurance agencies</li><li>Outlook or similar email platforms</li><li>Microsoft Word and document management tools</li><li>Adobe for document handling</li><li>SharePoint or similar file storage systems</li></ul>Working ScheduleMonday to FridayU.S. Eastern Time (EST), 9:00 AM &ndash; 5:00 PMTraining &amp; Ramp-Up<ul><li>Initial onboarding and training will be provided</li><li>Training will be conducted via live virtual sessions</li><li>Expected ramp-up period is approximately one month</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
