We’re Hiring: Cold Caller (Night Shift | Onsite)

We’re expanding our sales team and looking for energetic, goal-oriented Cold Caller (Individual Contributors) who thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy working with international clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, email campaigns, and digital platforms
• Present and sell BPO & IT solutions to international clients
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Understand client needs and offer customized service solutions
• Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records using CRM systems
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding

Candidate Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in B2B Sales or BPO Sales
• Fresh graduates with excellent English communication are encouraged to apply
• Strong persuasion, objection handling & closing skills
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and performance-focused mindset
• Ability to work independently as an Individual Contributor
• Comfortable working night shifts
