Business Development Representative

We are seeking energetic and goal-oriented Business Development Representative (Individual Contributors) to join our expanding sales team. This night-shift, onsite role is ideal for professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are driven by performance-based success while working with international clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities via outbound calls, email campaigns, and online platforms
  • Present and sell BPO and IT solutions to international clients
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
  • Understand client requirements and propose customized service solutions
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate lead and sales records using CRM systems
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding

Candidate Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales or BPO sales (fresh candidates with strong communication skills are welcome)
  • Excellent English communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong persuasion, objection handling, and closing abilities
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently as an individual contributor
  • Comfortable working night shifts
