About Us

We are a growing company providing Virtual Assistant and remote staffing services to international clients across the US, UK, Canada, and Australia. To support our expanding operations, we are looking for a dedicated HR Specialist (Onsite) to manage recruitment and internal HR functions from our office.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding)
• Coordinate employee onboarding, documentation, and orientation
• Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and procedures
• Handle employee relations, attendance, and performance management
• Maintain accurate HR records, contracts, and personnel files
• Support payroll coordination and leave management
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
• Act as a point of contact between management and employees

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in an HR role (onsite preferred)
• Strong knowledge of recruitment and HR operations
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
