HR Specialist

Position Title: HR Specialist

Location: Balochistan province, Pakistan

Role Description

We are seeking a Human Resources Specialist for a full-time, on-site role located in Baluchistan, Pakistan. The HR Specialist will be responsible for performing a variety of HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee onboarding, payroll coordination, policy implementation, and maintaining compliance with local labor laws. They will also assist with employee relations, training and development programs, and performance management processes.

Main responsibilities

· Plan and implement training and onboarding programs for new employees.

· Prepare HR-related documents (employment contracts, orders, termination papers, annual/casual/sick leave records, etc.) in accordance with the labor legislation of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan and the company's internal regulations.

· Monitor compliance with labor law requirements, internal regulations, and corporate policies.

· Provide HR-related reports to management and external authorities as required.

· Coordinate the full cycle of recruitment (job posting, CV screening, interviewing, candidate selection, job offer preparation).

· Liaise with hiring managers to define job requirements and selection criteria.

· Manage communication with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.

· Provide guidance to employees on HR-related procedures and policies.

· Participate in HR projects and process improvement initiatives.

· Monitoring the status of employee personal records, duplicating them when necessary.

· Maintaining records of pre-retirement age employees, disabled and long-term ill employees and other categories of employees entitled to benefits.

· Preparing and submitting personnel-related materials to the enterprise archive.

· Preparing and submitting, at the request of enterprise management, primary information on the personnel status of the enterprise's structural divisions.
