HR Operations Specialist

Job Description

HR Operations Specialist manages day-to-day human resources operations, ensuring smooth employee lifecycle processes. The role focuses on HR compliance, payroll coordination, employee records, onboarding, HR systems, and policy implementation while supporting a positive employee experience and operational efficiency across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage employee onboarding, exits, and documentation processes
  • Maintain accurate HR records and employee databases
  • Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and policies
  • Handle employee queries related to HR operations
  • Support performance appraisal and HR reporting processes
  • Coordinate with vendors for HR services
  • Assist audits, inspections, and internal HR reviews.

Skill & Experience

  • Strong knowledge of HR operations and compliance
  • Excellent communication and employee handling skills
  • Proficiency in HRMS and payroll systems
  • Attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Ability to manage confidential employee information
