Job Responsibilities:

Employee Documentation Management:

  • Make sure that all the documents is placed in the file and complete the same before salary proceedings.
  • File all the documents of employee in the personal file.
  • Intimate, collect and file the missing documents received from employees.
  • Review the file and analyze that the file is maintained as per the check list.
  • Check and complete the missing data at flow HCM software.
  • Updating employee directory of Head office and Retail.
  • Prepare proper MIS of Resigned employee files, make a box of it to be placed in store room.

Attendance Management:

  • Enroll all employees to the attendance machine for their thumb impression.
  • Head Office and Outlet Attendance scheduler run on monthly basis on software Flow HCM.
  • Check and proceed with the approval of half days.
  • Transfer of retail outlet team into different locations as per the requirement.
  • On Monthly basis, extract the attendance of Head Office from machine/software Flow HCM and make a compile report of all the Late, Leave and absent employees.
  • Maintain and update the record of attendance for all employees on Software Flow HCM.
  • On Weekly basis, Update Day off of retail employees in Software Flow HCM
  • Resolve issues relating to the attendance of all employees.

Leave Management:

  • Check and proceed with the approval of Casual and Sick leaves.
  • Assist employees by guiding them with the leave policies time by time.
  • Assist and guide employees related to the leave application from software applying and planning of leaves.
  • Counsel them related to all the matters related to on time information of leaves.
  • Managing leave record of all employees.

Employee Engagement Activity:

  • Generate innovative ideas to engage and motivate employees.
  • Design, Allocate budget and plan the engagement activities on regular basis.
  • Responsible to design the certificates/letters and any other document for approvals.
  • Posting of employee engagement activities on social media particularly at LinkedIn.
  • Maintain and check the month wise artworks posting to engage the followers.
  • Interdepartmental visits in head office to observe the operations.

Other Duties:

  • Prepare Payroll for both Head Office and Retail
  • Oversee daily operations of the HR department
  • Any other assignment or project assigned by the director and the line manager.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as HR officer or similar HR role
  • Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
  • Bachelor’s/Master's degree in human resources.
  • Experience in recruitment is a plus

Salary: 30 - 35K
Location: Korangi Industrial Area (Brookes Chowrangi)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Karachi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
