HR Specialist.

Job Summary

The HR Specialist is responsible for managing payroll operations, employee final settlements, and supporting core HR functions to ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies. The role requires strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, and process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
  • Manage deductions, allowances, overtime, leaves, and other payroll components.
  • Prepare and process employee final settlements in accordance with labor law.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Assist with employment contracts, amendments, and HR documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and HR regulations.

Qualifications & Skills

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • Proven experience in HR operation.
  • Strong knowledge of labor law and social insurance regulations.
  • Proficient in HR systems and MS Excel.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ﷼4,000.00 - ﷼5,500.00 per month
