Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced HSSE Section Manager with strong, proven expertise in incident and accident investigation, including high-potential incidents and serious injuries. The role is critical in driving safety excellence across large-scale real estate and construction projects by identifying root causes, preventing recurrence, and embedding a proactive safety culture.
Key Responsibilities

Lead thorough investigations of all incidents, accidents, near misses, and high-potential events using recognized Root Cause Analysis methodologies.

Prepare clear, professional incident investigation reports for senior management and relevant stakeholders.

Identify trends and recurring issues through data analysis and recommend practical, corrective, and preventive actions (CAPA).

Ensure effective implementation and follow-up of corrective actions across projects and sites.

Communicate lessons learned and drive continuous improvement across all business units.

Oversee the implementation of HSSE policies, procedures, and systems across construction sites and operational facilities.

Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments to reduce incident recurrence.

Work closely with project teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure full HSSE compliance.

Train and mentor site safety teams on incident reporting and professional investigation techniques.

Support emergency response planning and crisis management when required.
Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related discipline.

NEBOSH certification or equivalent (mandatory).

Advanced certifications in Incident Investigation / Root Cause Analysis are highly preferred.

9–15 years of HSSE experience, ideally within real estate development or major construction projects.

Minimum 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.

Demonstrated experience investigating serious incidents, LTIs, fatalities, and high-potential events.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to present findings clearly to senior leadership.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage sensitive post-incident situations.

Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
