📌 Human Resources Specialist

Location: Riyadh

Experience: 5 years+

Employment Type: Full-Time



Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, contracts, renewals, exits)
  • Handle recruitment coordination, shortlisting, and interview scheduling
  • Prepare and maintain employee files and HR documentation
  • Support payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and company policies
  • Coordinate with government portals (Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, Absher)
  • Assist in performance evaluations and disciplinary procedures
  • Support HR reporting and data analysis


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5 years of HR experience, preferably in contracting or construction companies
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law
  • Hands-on experience with Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, Absher
  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
