Job Title: HR Executive

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive with prior experience in a contracting or construction company to manage day-to-day HR operations in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have hands-on exposure to workforce management, site employees, and compliance with Saudi labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Workforce Management

  • Coordinate recruitment for site and office staff including engineers, technicians, laborers, and support staff
  • Handle onboarding, mobilization, and demobilization of site employees
  • Prepare offer letters, contracts, and joining documentation

HR Operations & Administration

  • Maintain employee records, manpower data, and site-wise headcount reports
  • Manage attendance, leaves, overtime, and timesheets for site staff
  • Support payroll inputs in coordination with Finance

Government & Compliance

  • Manage employee records and transactions on Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, Absher, and Mudad
  • Handle Iqama issuance/renewal, visa processing, transfers, and exit formalities
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and company policies

Employee Relations

  • Handle HR issues for site and office employees
  • Support disciplinary actions, warnings, and grievance documentation
  • Assist with performance reviews and training coordination

Reporting & Coordination

  • Prepare HR reports related to manpower, recruitment, and turnover
  • Coordinate with PRO, project managers, and site supervisors for HR matters

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources / Business Administration or related field
  • 3–6 years of HR experience in Saudi Arabia, preferably in a contracting or construction company
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and government portals
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
  • Ability to manage blue-collar and white-collar workforce

Preferred Skills

  • Experience handling large site-based manpower
  • Arabic language skills are an advantage
  • Strong coordination and multitasking abilities
  • Immediate joiners preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ﷼5,000.00 - ﷼6,000.00 per month
