  • Assist in maintaining accurate employee records and HRIS data.
  • Support day-to-day HR administrative tasks, including documentation and compliance.
  • Help coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Assist in tracking performance review cycles and preparing related reports.
  • Support communication and follow-up for goal-setting and appraisal processes.
  • Help analyze performance data to identify trends and improvement areas.
  • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and culture-building activities.
  • Support OD projects such as career pathing.
  • Help with salary benchmarking and data.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Language: Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
