About Us

The True Hand provides professional truck dispatch services to owner-operators and small trucking companies across the USA. We help carriers find high-paying loads, negotiate rates, handle paperwork, and maximize profitability.

We are now expanding and looking for a highly motivated Sales Representative who can bring in new carriers and grow our dispatch portfolio.

What You’ll Do

Prospect and generate leads (Owner Operators & Fleet Owners)

Cold call trucking companies and independent drivers

Close dispatch service agreements

Build long-term relationships with carriers

Meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets

Maintain CRM and track leads properly

What We’re Looking For

Experience in sales (Logistics/Dispatch sales preferred)

Strong English communication skills

Confident in cold calling & objection handling

Familiar with the US trucking market (DAT, Truckstop, MC/DOT basics is a plus)

Self-motivated and target-driven

Ability to work US time zones

Compensation

Competitive base salary (if applicable)

High commission per signed carrier
