What You’ll Be Doing

• Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, email campaigns, and digital platforms
• Present and sell BPO and IT solutions to international clients
• Understand client needs and offer customized service solutions
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records using CRM systems
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding

Who We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales or BPO sales
• (Fresh candidates with excellent English communication are encouraged to apply)
• Strong English communication and negotiation skills
• Confident in objection handling and closing deals
• Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently as an individual contributor
• Comfortable working onsite night shifts

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
