About the Role
Mindwhiz is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and communication-driven Administrative & Communications Manager to oversee administrative operations and manage internal and external communications across the organization.
The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative management expertise, exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams, clients, vendors, and external stakeholders. This role requires a strategic thinker who can streamline administrative processes, enhance organizational communication, manage digital communication channels, and support business operations through effective planning, coordination, and execution.
Key Responsibilities
· Oversee daily administrative operations and ensure efficient office management
· Develop, implement, and maintain administrative policies, procedures, and best practices
· Manage office facilities, supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
· Coordinate meetings, company events, travel arrangements, and executive schedules
· Maintain organizational records, contracts, and confidential documentation
· Develop and execute internal and external communication strategies
· Draft, review, and distribute company announcements, reports, newsletters, presentations, and official correspondence
· Manage communication between departments and ensure timely dissemination of information
· Coordinate with clients, vendors, partners, and external stakeholders on administrative and communication matters
· Manage and support digital communications, including company newsletters, email campaigns, social media channels, and website content updates
· Maintain and update website content through Content Management Systems (CMS)
· Support branding, corporate communications, and public relations initiatives
· Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and minutes for senior management
· Monitor administrative budgets and optimize operational expenses
· Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulatory requirements
· Identify process improvements to enhance organizational efficiency and communication effectiveness
· Support senior management with strategic administrative and communication initiatives
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, Management, Marketing, or a related field
· Minimum 5+ years of experience in administration, office management, corporate communications, or a related role
· Proven experience managing administrative functions and organizational communications
· Experience supporting digital communications, including social media platforms, newsletters, and email communications
· Basic experience with website Content Management Systems (CMS) for updating website pages, posts, and events
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams)
· Strong multitasking abilities with a proven track record of managing multiple projects and deadlines
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
· Strong organizational, planning, and stakeholder management skills
· Experience working with administrative systems, communication platforms, and document management tools
Preferred Skills
· Experience managing LinkedIn and other professional social media platforms
· Experience creating and distributing newsletters and email communication campaigns
· Knowledge of website content management and digital communication best practices
· Strong project management and process improvement capabilities
· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
· Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities
· Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion

Pay: Up to Rs120,000.00 per month
