About the Role:

We are looking for an energetic and organized Administrative & Coordination Executive to handle front-office operations and provide administrative and communication support to management. The ideal candidate should be well-presented, proactive, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys coordination, client interaction, and maintaining a smooth office workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage front-desk operations and greet visitors in a professional manner.
  • Coordinate effectively with different departments for smooth communication.
  • Handle daily administrative and operational tasks, ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Maintain meeting schedules, correspondence, and documentation.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and official letters.
  • Support management in stakeholder communication and relationship management.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (MBA preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
  • Professional appearance with a confident and outgoing personality.
  • Must be a resident of Bahria Town Karachi.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month
