We are seeking a highly capable expert to join our client for this prestigious assignment.
About the Role:
Position: Administrative Co-ordinator
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Experience: 2+ Years
Department: VAT & FTA
Mandatory: Arabic communication
Salary: 5,000 to 8,000 AED + Self Benefits
Qualifications:
▪ Analyses and document business process and problems to develop solutions to enhance efficiencies.
▪ FTA cases registration (Share Folder, excel and oracle system)
▪ FTA reconciling (weekly & monthly basis)
.Business monthly reports (Performance Indicator KPI, Pending cases, and under process cases reports.
▪ Draft & issue VAT verification reports.
▪ Monthly MIS preparation.
▪ Manage and follow up all kind of e-mails related to the department, contact the customers and clients based on business needs.
Ensure a high standard of report output and quality control.
