Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking to recruit a qualified Admin Coordinator who will be responsible for managing the reception area and performing admin-related activities such as clerical tasks and supporting employees, families, parents, students, and management in day-to-day admin-related activities to start immediately!

Qualifications:

  • Must speak fluent English
  • Arabic speaker is an advantage
  • Day to day reception responsibilities
  • Previous experience in a school as a receptionist would be preferred
  • Confident when greeting VIP guests and employees
  • Must be positive and enthusiastic
  • Must be well presented
  • Know how to use excel, word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent in Customer Service
