Administrative Coordinator

The Administrative Coordinator provides essential support to the Oncology Nursing Foundation’s daily operations, helping ensure smooth communication, organized workflows, and efficient coordination across programs and internal activities. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable supporting a mission-driven nonprofit organization.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily administrative operations and office support.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and prepare meeting materials.
  • Draft correspondence, reports, and internal documents.
  • Maintain organized filing systems, records, and databases.
  • Support event planning, logistics, and follow-up activities.
  • Assist with donor, member, and stakeholder communications.
  • Track invoices, supplies, vendor requests, and administrative tasks.
  • Support onboarding, staff coordination, and special projects.
  • Provide general office support to help teams stay organized and on schedule.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1 year of administrative, office coordination, or nonprofit experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion with confidential information.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in a nonprofit, healthcare, or professional association setting.
  • Familiarity with donor databases/data entry , CRM systems, or membership platforms.
  • Event coordination or program support experience.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively.

Pay: $22.04 - $25.95 per hour
