Our client, an integrated marketing services firm is looking for an Administrative Coordinator to support their leadership team across the sales and partnerships division. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and deadline driven, with an interest in supporting day-to-day operations for a growing business. In addition to administrative support, this role will take on heavy project management responsibilities, helping to track key initiatives, manage timelines, and keep cross-functional efforts on track. This position is based in Los Angeles and on a flexible hybrid/remote schedule.
