Responsibilities

You will provide technical and specialized professional and administrative duties for assigned investigative units, including preparing case folders, letters, and other documentation.

You will manage and direct the procurement and contracting for goods and services for OIE, including creating and completing shopping cart requests.

You will serve as the human resources liaison and time and leave administrator for OIE and assist with the coordination and registration of training and travel.

You will perform various administrative activities to support complaint analysts including uploading and scanning complaints, correspondence, and documentation into applicable systems.

You will prepare correspondence, memorandums, forms, and other documents to assist OIE leadership and will prepare and maintain reports, summaries, and data related to OIE activities.

You will perform other professional and administrative duties including, but not limited to, scheduling and coordinating meetings, responding to customer inquiries, receiving and distributing mail, and records retention.
