Responsibilities:

Manage organized digital and physical filing systems for contracts, applicant records, and program documentation.

Prepare official correspondence, letters, reports, and meeting notes in English and Arabic.

Maintain calendars, schedule meetings, and prepare agendas.

Act as the main point of contact for applicant and scholar inquiries.

Support application intake by collecting and validating documents.

Coordinate interview and assessment schedules, invitations, and logistics.

Liaise with local and international universities regarding admissions, documentation, and deadlines.

Coordinate exchange of official documents such as LOAs, transcripts, and nomination forms.
Assist with vendor registration, quotation collection, and PR preparation.

Support processing of payment requests, service confirmations, and invoices.
Maintain accurate data across internal systems and tracking sheets.

Generate progress reports, dashboards, and administrative summaries.
