Administrative Coordinator – Nauru Medical Centre

Country Location: Nauru (Relocation required)

About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of the Nauru Medical Centre. The ideal candidate will assist with administrative functions, coordination between departments, and ensure efficient workflow within the hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to management and medical teams.
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and communication between departments.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
  • Assist with procurement requests, HR coordination, and logistics support.
  • Support the onboarding process for staff and consultants.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative or coordination roles (preferably in healthcare or hospital settings).
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and document management systems.
  • Flexible and adaptable in a multicultural environment.
