Location: Baltimore, MD (Hybrid)

Pay Rate: $23.00 per hour

Duration: 3-Month Contract (Leave of Absence Cover)

Schedule: 32 hours per week | Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Target Start Date: April 14, 2026


Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and collaborative Administrative Coordinator to support the Controller’s office during a three-month leave of absence. This role is essential for maintaining the efficient daily operations of the department through high-level administrative support, office management, and seamless team coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Executive Support: Provide complex, high-level administrative assistance to the Controller and their direct reports.
  • Calendar & Logistics: Manage individual and team calendars, including scheduling meetings and coordinating all associated logistics.
  • Financial Processing: Utilize SAP to process invoices and purchase orders accurately.
  • Office Management: Plan and organize daily activities for the unit; manage the disbursement of office supplies upon delivery.
  • Team Collaboration: Assist two Senior Administrative Coordinators with overflow tasks and special projects as needed.
  • Communication: Manage a multi-line phone system; triage incoming calls, mail, faxes, and electronic communications in a professional and efficient manner.

Position Details & Requirements

  • Hybrid Schedule: 2 days/week onsite ( Tuesday and Wednesday ); remaining days remote.
  • Onsite Perks: Free parking is provided at the location.
  • Experience: 2+ years of related administrative experience is required.
  • Education: High school diploma/GED required. (Additional education may substitute for experience per the JHU equivalency formula).
