Dear Candidates,

We are looking for a proactive and organized Administrative Coordinator to support our daily office operations and ensure smooth communication across departments. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, professional, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Office & Administrative Support — Organize files, handle correspondence, manage documentation, and support daily office operations. Indeed
  • Communication & Coordination — Serve as a central contact point between departments, staff, suppliers, and external partners. Indeed
  • Scheduling & Meetings — Arrange meetings, maintain calendars, prepare agendas and minutes, and coordinate business travel. Indeed
  • Data & Record Management — Maintain accurate electronic and physical records, databases, and filing systems. Indeed
  • Reporting & Documents — Prepare various internal reports, spreadsheets, and presentations

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree/Diploma or High School
  • Organization: Strong ability to multitask, schedule effectively, and manage time
  • Communication: Good written and verbal skills to interact with team members and external parties
