Admin Executive
to manage day-to-day
office administrative and operational activities
. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination skills, experience in office management, and the ability to liaise with internal teams and external service providers to ensure smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage daily
office administration and operational activities
.

Coordinate with
government and private departments
(GR, LESCO, EPA, TEPA, DHA, Police, etc.) for office-related documentation, approvals, and compliance.

Supervise office facilities including
security, housekeeping, reception, and maintenance staff
.

Ensure smooth
administrative and logistical support
to all departments.

Manage office supplies, assets, and vendor coordination.
-
Maintain accurate
records, reports, invoices, and expense logs
.

Handle vendor management, service contracts, and procurement coordination.
-
Support management in enforcing
office policies, discipline, and safety protocols
.
-
Coordinate office moves, setups, and day-to-day facility requirements.

Conduct regular office inspections to ensure a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.
Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree (preferably in
Business Administration
or a relevant field).

2–4 years
of relevant experience in
office administration or facilities management
.

Strong coordination and networking skills with
local authorities and service providers
.

Good
communication, documentation, and reporting skills
.
-
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools.
