Responsibilities

As an Administrative Executive, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks to support our daily operations. Your key duties will include:

• Managing office correspondence, including emails and phone calls, and directing enquiries to the appropriate person.
• Scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and company events.
• Maintaining and organising company files, documents, and databases with a high degree of accuracy.
• Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other important documents.
• Managing office supplies and equipment, ensuring resources are always available.
• Providing administrative support to senior management and the wider team as required.
• Assisting with basic financial administration, such as processing expenses and raising invoices.
• Organising travel arrangements and accommodation for staff members.
• Acting as a central point of contact for internal staff and external clients.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and experience:

• Proven experience in an administrative, office management, or executive assistant role.
• Exceptional organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
• Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional and friendly manner.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• The ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within a team.
• A proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving.
• Experience working within an IT or technology-focused environment would be advantageous but is not essential.
