Roles & Responsibilities:
· Submission of each Service Report timely on Daily, Weekly & Monthly basis.
· To arrange any Meeting at Service HO & Responsible for whole administrative support of Service Head Office.
· Correct Data Feeding of each complaint in system, Gaps Analysis & Improvement Action Plan.
· Execution and Implementation of Company Policies to streamlined the routine work.
· Quick Response to each internal customer from HO and from any Branch sales, service, logistics, finance, ASC & DSC.
· Submission of Collection & Expenses Report on weekly & monthly basis.
· Submission of Daily Part issuance, Receiving & Part Rejection Report.
· Daily Submission of Inward & outward Gate Pass Report of Units.
· Conduct Daily Morning Meeting with branch staff specially Technicians.
· Conduct branch Audit (Reception, Workshop, Store & Field Complaints)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
