Job Roles:<ul><li>Prepare and process all import-related financial entries in the system.</li><li>Verify and book invoices from shipping companies, clearing agents, and suppliers.</li><li>Coordinate with the bank for LC opening, payment against imports, and remittances.</li><li>Track import duties, taxes, and other clearance charges and ensure timely payments.</li><li>Reconcile supplier and freight forwarder accounts monthly.</li><li>Assist in preparing cost sheets for imported goods, including landed cost calculations.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of advance payments, goods in transit, and outstanding liabilities.</li><li>Ensure timely submission of documents to accounts for payment processing.</li><li>Support finance in month-end closing by providing import-related expense data.</li><li>Manage end-to-end import process including shipment tracking, documentation, and clearance.</li><li>Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and shipping lines.</li><li>Prepare and verify documents such as Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, BL/AWB, COO, etc.</li></ul>Experience &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field.</li><li>2&ndash;4 years of experience in import operations with basic accounting knowledge.</li><li>Strong knowledge of import documentation, customs clearance, and trade regulations.</li><li>Understanding of journal entries, payment vouchers, and ledger management</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

Roles &amp; Responsibilities:&middot; Submission of each Service Report timely on Daily, Weekly &amp; Monthly basis.&middot; To arrange any Meeting at Service HO &amp; Responsible for whole administrative support of Service Head Office.&middot; Correct Data Feeding of each complaint in system, Gaps Analysis &amp; Improvement Action Plan.&middot; Execution and Implementation of Company Policies to streamlined the routine work.&middot; Quick Response to each internal customer from HO and from any Branch sales, service, logistics, finance, ASC &amp; DSC.&middot; Submission of Collection &amp; Expenses Report on weekly &amp; monthly basis.&middot; Submission of Daily Part issuance, Receiving &amp; Part Rejection Report.&middot; Daily Submission of Inward &amp; outward Gate Pass Report of Units.&middot; Conduct Daily Morning Meeting with branch staff specially Technicians.&middot; Conduct branch Audit (Reception, Workshop, Store &amp; Field Complaints)Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
