Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Plan, schedule, and oversee daily production operations.</li><li>Optimize production processes for increased efficiency and reduced cost.</li><li>Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance or repairs.</li><li>Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement improvements.</li><li>Ensure adherence to quality standards and health &amp; safety regulations.</li><li>Collaborate with design and quality teams for process improvements.</li><li>Provide training and technical support to production staff.</li><li>Implement lean manufacturing practices and continuous improvement initiatives.</li><li>Maintain accurate production records and prepare reports for management.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.</li><li>2&ndash;4 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.</li><li>Strong understanding of production planning, process optimization, and quality control.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and production software (e.g., ERP systems).</li><li>Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.</li><li>Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement tools is a plus.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per monthWork Location: In personApplication Deadline: 25/11/2025 Expected Start Date: 25/11/2025

Production Engineer

1. Stock Entry &amp; Exit Recording<ul><li>Record all inbound stock (GRN, purchase orders, supplier deliveries) in the system.</li><li>Enter outbound stock (issuance slips, delivery notes, production requisitions, transfers).</li><li>Generate gate passes and maintain proper documentation for product movement.</li></ul>2. Inventory System Updating<ul><li>Update the ERP or inventory management system with real-time stock movements.</li><li>Maintain SKU-level accuracy for quantity, batch numbers, expiry, and product details.</li><li>Ensure entries match with physical stock.</li></ul>3. Documentation &amp; Filing<ul><li>Maintain daily logs, GRNs, issuance notes, return slips, and transfer sheets.</li><li>Keep filed documents ready for audits and physical verification.</li><li>Support month-end reporting by preparing required data sheets.</li></ul>4. Coordination<ul><li>Work closely with Store Keeper, Procurement, Production, QC, and Dispatch teams.</li><li>Communicate discrepancies immediately to Store Incharge.</li><li>Assist in physical stock counts and reconciliation.</li></ul>5. Accuracy &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Identify and correct data errors quickly.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company SOPs for stock handling and documentation.</li><li>Maintain confidentiality of product data and inventory records.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Strong data entry skills with high typing accuracy.</li><li>Familiarity with inventory systems (ERP preferred).</li><li>Good command of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, basic formulas).</li><li>Attention to detail and strong numerical accuracy.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure during high stock movement periods.</li><li>Good communication and coordination skills.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs38,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per monthWork Location: In personExpected Start Date: 23/11/2025
