Administrative Intern

THIS IS A TEMPORARY POSITION THAT HAS THE OPPORTUNITY FOR COMMISSION PAY OUTS (BUT NOT GUARANTEED)! THIS INTERNSHIP POSITION IS TARGETED MORE FOR GIVING HIGH SCHOOL AND/OR COLLEGE STUDENTS THE OPPORTUNITY OF WORKING IN THE MARKETING DEPARTMENT TO GAIN EXPERIENCE OR FULFILL COLLEGE CREDITS!

Duties:

As an administrative you will be helping with all of the behind the scenes operations of Northside Swim Academy. This will include marketing duties, organizing/inputting data of clients, helping with onboarding and off-boarding staff, helping out with phone calls (for chance of commission for a successful conversion), helping make and organize conversations with potential partners for the companies growth and future, and more things along the administrative (behind the scenes) duties that the company needs.

Our internship program is a 60-90 day program (depending on when you are onboarded and what your personal needs are). At the end of this 60-90 day period, you may be offered a paid position with Northside Swim Academy (depending on your wants/needs and the company's needs as well). This decision will be based off of performance within the internship. If Northside Swim Academy needs to sign off on any documentation, we will be able to do so. All we ask is communication of this upon being offered the position. You will be notified in a welcome email when your internship starts and ends.

We are looking for about 5-6 interns that are looking for school credit or professional experience for their careers.

Compensation: outside of school credit and/or career experience, this position can payout $20.00 per successful referral conversion. If you are responsible for referring a new person who has never had services from us before, then you will be paid $20.00 per successful conversion. This is the ONLY monetary compensation of this position (hence why it is temporary). If you make over a sum of $100.00 in commissions, you will be brought on as a temporary administrative contractor, but still under internship status.
