We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Summer Administrative Intern to support daily operations within our hospitality team. This internship provides hands-on experience in hotel/restaurant administration, HR support, and guest service coordination, offering valuable exposure to the fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Provide administrative support to leadership and department managers
- Assist with scheduling, filing, data entry, and report preparation
- Support HR functions such as onboarding, employee file organization, and engagement activities
- Help coordinate meetings, events, and team communications
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company standards
- Assist in tracking staffing levels, open positions, and hiring progress
- Support guest service initiatives and help resolve basic inquiries when needed
- Participate in special projects and process improvement initiatives
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Interest in hospitality operations, HR, or administration
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Bilingual abilities are a plus (if applicable)
