The Administrative Manager is responsible for overseeing daily administrative operations, ensuring organizational efficiency, and supporting senior leadership through effective coordination of people, processes, and systems. This role requires a highly organized professional with strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise administrative staff, including workload allocation, performance management, and professional development
- Oversee office operations, policies, procedures, and administrative systems to ensure efficiency and compliance
- Coordinate executive calendars, meetings, travel, and internal communications as required
- Develop, implement, and maintain administrative processes and workflows
- Manage vendor relationships, office supplies, contracts, and facilities needs
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for leadership and stakeholders
- Support budgeting, expense tracking, and basic financial administration in coordination with finance teams
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards
- Serve as a key point of contact between departments to facilitate smooth operations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of administrative or office management experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and common office management systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage competing priorities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Pharmaceutical or Medical Device Industry
- Familiarity with HR, payroll, or facilities management functions
