The Administrative Manager is responsible for overseeing daily administrative operations, ensuring organizational efficiency, and supporting senior leadership through effective coordination of people, processes, and systems. This role requires a highly organized professional with strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise administrative staff, including workload allocation, performance management, and professional development
  • Oversee office operations, policies, procedures, and administrative systems to ensure efficiency and compliance
  • Coordinate executive calendars, meetings, travel, and internal communications as required
  • Develop, implement, and maintain administrative processes and workflows
  • Manage vendor relationships, office supplies, contracts, and facilities needs
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for leadership and stakeholders
  • Support budgeting, expense tracking, and basic financial administration in coordination with finance teams
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards
  • Serve as a key point of contact between departments to facilitate smooth operations

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of administrative or office management experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and common office management systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage competing priorities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Pharmaceutical or Medical Device Industry
  • Familiarity with HR, payroll, or facilities management functions
  • Experience improving processes and implementing administrative best practices
