We are looking for an experienced
Admin Manager
to manage and control all administrative activities at our
construction site office
. The role requires strong coordination skills to support site management, project teams, and head office while ensuring smooth daily site operations.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee all site office administrative operations

Manage site admin staff, messengers, and office assistants

Coordinate with Project Manager, Engineers, and Head Office

Handle site documentation, filing systems, and correspondence
-
Manage staff attendance, timesheets, leave, and site records
-
Coordinate site accommodation, transportation, and camp arrangements
-
Handle procurement of site office supplies and services
-
Liaise with subcontractors for administrative requirements
-
Ensure compliance with company policies, HSE, and local labor regulations

Prepare administrative reports and support audits
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field
-
Minimum
8 years of experience
in
construction site administration

Proven experience managing
site offices and admin teams
-
Strong knowledge of construction workflows and site operations
-
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Ability to work independently at site level
