Job Summary
Seclimsac Consulting is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Manager to oversee office operations, administrative staff, and internal support functions. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient business operations, maintain administrative systems, and support management with daily organizational activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative and office operations
- Supervise administrative staff and coordinate office activities
- Develop and maintain administrative procedures and systems
- Handle correspondence, scheduling, and documentation management
- Monitor office supplies, budgets, and vendor relationships
- Support HR, finance, and management teams with administrative tasks
- Prepare reports, presentations, and operational records
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Previous experience in administration or office management
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative software
- Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities effectively
- English fluency required; Arabic is an advantage
