We are looking for a Senior Digital Payments Operations Manager who can take full ownership of our payment operations ecosystem. You are not just managing transactions; you are defining operational excellence across our digital payment platforms. You will lead a skilled operations team, bridging the gap between complex financial systems and smooth, reliable user experiences. You are the voice of operational integrity in a fast-moving environment involving engineers, compliance teams, and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
Operations Ownership:
Oversee and manage end-to-end digital payment operations including processing, settlements, and reconciliations. Ensure consistent performance and uptime.
Process Optimization:
Continuously improve operational workflows to enhance efficiency, reduce errors, and scale operations effectively.
Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and develop operations staff. Conduct performance reviews and provide guidance to elevate team capabilities.
Risk and Compliance:
Ensure adherence to financial regulations, internal policies, and risk management frameworks including AML and transaction monitoring.
Data and Performance Monitoring:
Track key metrics such as transaction success rates, processing times, and operational KPIs. Use insights to drive improvements.
Stakeholder Management:
Work closely with internal teams and external partners including banks and payment providers. Clearly communicate operational strategies and decisions.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience:
7+ years in digital payments, fintech operations, or financial services, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Expertise:
Strong understanding of payment systems, transaction lifecycle, and financial operations management.
Technical Knowledge:
Familiarity with payment gateways, APIs, reconciliation systems, and fintech platforms.
Leadership Skills:
Proven ability to manage teams, drive performance, and implement operational strategies.
Communication:
Strong ability to present operational insights and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Mindset:
You are detail-oriented and proactive. You balance precision with efficiency and know how to scale operations without compromising quality.
Pay: ﷼18,000.00 - ﷼18,500.00 per month
