Administrative Manager (Doha, Qatar)

Key Responsibilities

  1. Liaise with the head office, implement management requirements, and accurately submit work plans, reports and statements in a timely manner.
  2. Oversee daily administration of the branch, including accounting, document and seal management, confidentiality control, archives management, meeting organization, publicity, event planning and group reception.
  3. Implement corporate governance and related management in line with head office policies and local regulatory requirements.
  4. Conduct external liaison and coordination in Qatar, including regulators, government authorities and embassies.
  5. Manage overall general affairs and logistics to ensure smooth daily operation of the bank.
  6. Assist in human resources work including recruitment and employee services.
  7. Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree or above; major in economics, accounting, finance or related preferred; master’s degree is a plus.
  2. 3+ years of relevant experience in overseas financial institutions (banking, Big 4 accounting firms, etc.).
  3. Good command of both Chinese and English; English as working language.
  4. Experience in administration, general management or executive office is preferred.
  5. Overseas study or work experience is preferred.
  6. Able to adapt to overseas working and living environment in Doha.
