At Commercial Insurance Associates, we are expanding locally and now hiring for a full-time position in our Ocean City, Maryland office. Key Responsibilities

Administrative & Front Office

  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and incoming phone calls with professionalism.
  • Prepare, edit, and process client proposals, forms, and correspondence.
  • Maintain organized client records and track application processing.
  • Support team members with general office coordination and daily internal workflows.

Marketing & Digital Media

  • Create, edit, and publish engaging content (text, photo, video, graphics) for social media, email, and web platforms.
  • Optimize company pages and profiles to maximize visibility and engagement.
  • Monitor and respond to online interactions in line with agency guidelines.
  • Assist with website updates and support branding/marketing projects.
  • Use social media strategies to build awareness, generate leads, and support business development efforts.

Our Ideal Candidate

  • Has prior office experience (any industry) and is comfortable handling phones, clients, and administrative tasks.
  • Has some experience or interest in marketing, content creation, or social media management (professional or demonstrated personal work).
  • Demonstrates strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
  • Communicates clearly, writes well, and adapts tone based on audience.
  • Tech-savvy, dependable, positive, and able to multitask effectively.
  • Comfortable learning new software and platforms quickly.
  • Bonus: familiarity with basic web design, Canva, WordPress, or SEO tools.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year in an administrative, clerical, or customer service role.
  • Basic knowledge or demonstrated interest in marketing, social media, or web-based platforms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
