Atash Law is a dynamic and growing boutique immigration law firm based in New York City. We represent entrepreneurs, artists, investors, and professionals in complex immigration matters. We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Administrative Office Manager to oversee our daily operations and support our legal team in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative workflows.
  • Supervise administrative support staff and delegate tasks efficiently.
  • Maintain and improve office systems, including client management, billing, and file organization.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and communications between attorneys, clients, and vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with confidentiality, ethical, and procedural requirements.
  • Support marketing, client intake, and document preparation as needed.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years of administrative or office management experience, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and case management software (e.g., Cerenade, Docketwise, or similar).
  • Professional, reliable, and self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability.
  • A Bachelor’s degree is required.
