Office general administrative tasks assigned by the company. You Must work well with team members as well as independently.

Office support includes emails, basic bookkeeping, all filing, and organizational requirements.

Assist on data entry of all admin and account matters in ERP and in XL file

Contact vendors & customers and ensure that all administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently. Prepare all index files, invoices, purchase orders, etc. for completeness and accuracy; compile data and generate reports.

Support with proper reports for a wide variety of ongoing projects including day-to-day site operations, sales, customer service, tech support, and marketing duties.

Maintain accurate reports in ERP and EXCEL database of all customer enquiries, quotations, PO's, and invoices etc
