Integrant is seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative Officer to support various administrative functions and ensure the smooth operation of our office activities. The successful candidate will play a vital role in enhancing operational efficiency and maintaining a well-structured administrative environment.
Key Responsibilities

Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure compliance with security procedures.
- Oversee the procurement of office supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate inventory levels are maintained.
- Monitor and ensure smooth operation of office utilities (internet, phones, etc.)
- Organize meeting room bookings and coordinate logistics for internal meetings
- Oversee medical insurance processes including offers, renewals, employee additions/removals, and claims issues.
- Coordinate with different departments to support their administrative and logistical needs.
Requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in an administrative role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to work.
- Experience in managing confidential information with discretion.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
