Administrative Officer

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Female Administrative Officer to join our team and support the daily administrative operations and employee affairs across our branches.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all employee affairs (attendance, leave records, files, contracts, onboarding & offboarding)
  • Handle HR documentation and maintain accurate employee records
  • Coordinate recruitment processes, interviews, and staff onboarding
  • Prepare reports, letters, and official correspondence
  • Support payroll and timesheet preparation
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Handle general administrative tasks and office coordination
  • Assist management with operational and administrative projects

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in Administration or HR (F&B or retail experience is a plus)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Detail-oriented and professional attitude

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
